GB Rothschild refinance

GB has recently completed a full refinance of their existing property portfolio with Rothschild Bank.
Simon Grace commented
“I’m delighted that we have successfully regeared our property portfolio with Rothschild Bank. After more than 20years with RBS the time was right to start a new relationship with another lender. I’m grateful to Simon Ward at SPF private clients for the introduction and to Rothschild for their engagement and straight forward analysis and process.
GB have also now completed on all their existing off plan commitments.
The refinance has repatriated equity to the shareholders which will enable further investment into new opportunities within the residential market as it emerges from the pandemic. I believe our emphasis will primarily move towards the more affordable sector where we see significant opportunity.”
