GB at Battersea Power Station

GB has completed on x2 two bed and x1 one bed apartment in phase one of Battersea Power Station. All three apartments were let within a matter of days with yields approaching 4%.
Simon Grace commented “Whilst completion timescales slipped from those originally envisaged at point of purchase, we were delighted to finally take possession of these units. We are long term investors in the fantastic project and look forward to witnessing the facilities and restaurants opening in due course. GB also successfully traded out of its phase 2 unit.
