GB sells in Fitzrovia

Two years after purchasing a three bedroom apartment off plan in Rathbone Square and approximately 6months before completion, GB has assigned its contract at a 15% uplift.
Simon Grace commented “Given the recent slowdown in transactions at this price point in the market, primarily due to new SDLT rates, we were pleased to agree a pre completion sale. Rathbone is a terrific development in a great location and our apartment was particularly well located. These factors helped increase its value over the construction period in contrast to other new build apartments over the same time period. I’m sure the buyer will enjoy living in his new apartment.”
